Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We offer FREE local delivery to the following Florida counties:
Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, and Manatee.

Extended delivery to Hernando and Sarasota counties may be available
on request — contact us before ordering to confirm. Outside of these
areas, we may still be able to deliver with additional shipping fees;
contact us for a quote.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Delivery time depends on whether the door you order is in stock or
needs to be manufactured to order:

- In-stock doors: typically shipped within 3 business days of order
  confirmation.
- Made-to-order doors: typically 3-4 weeks while the door is built and
  shipped from our manufacturer.

We will contact you directly after your order to confirm the
delivery (and installation, if applicable) timeline based on your
specific door, color, and size selection.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Each garage door is available in two variants:

- Door Only: we deliver the door to your driveway. You handle install.
- Door + Professional Install: we deliver AND install the door, hardware,
  and all related components. Install pricing is included in the Door
  + Professional Install variant — no separate install fee.

When you order with installation, our licensed Florida installers
coordinate the install date directly with you. We can also install
a new garage door opener as part of the same visit — just ask before
or during install.

You are responsible for ensuring the install location is accessible,
clear of obstructions, and meets our minimum requirements (level
driveway, clear opening, adequate clearance, working electrical
outlet if installing an opener).

DELIVERY DAMAGE

If your door arrives visibly damaged in transit, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement
at no cost to you.
